During the organisation process leading up to shows & performances, it is crucial that we undertake a thorough risk evaluation process specific to the event and show. Upon evaluating the potential hazards/risks and establishing control methods for these risks, the information is compiled into a Safe Work Method Statement that is provided to the client/venue or any relevant parties.
Along with supplying a Safe Work Method Statement, we also supply the Safety Data Sheets of the intended products we will use alongside our relevant insurance documents. In the instance of a pyrotechnics show, we also supply copies of relevant licences and government/department issued permits/approvals and notifications.
